Definitions

The Company

Canada City Network, its employees, agents & representatives acting on its behalf.

The Advertiser

The person who places the order, their agents and representatives.

Business Listing

A Business Listing consists of a company/organization name, a hyperlink to the advertisers website or webpage and contact details, all specified in the order form at the time of booking. The Business Listing is placed in one category, in one city, for a period of one year.

The term Advertisement refers to the graphic image placed with The Company for use on The Companies site, or sites, as stated in the order form. It does not include the artwork and production of any graphics which The Company may from time to time provide to The Advertiser solely at The Companies discretion and for which full payment will be made at the time of ordering.

Advertising Campaign, Campaign

The term Advertising Campaign and/or Campaign refers to the instructions placed with The Company by the Advertiser regarding where the Advertisement is shown, as stated in the order form.

City Banner Advertisement

An Advertising Campaign for one Advertisement on one City directory, the banner will be shown in rotation with other Advertising Campaigns, at the companies discretion, for a period of three months.

National Advertisement

An Advertising Campaign for one Advertisement on the Canada City Network and all of its' city directories, the banner will be shown in rotation with other Advertising Campaigns, at the companies discretion, for a period of three months.

Outdated Information/Incorrect Links

All customers are required to keep their Business Listings updated, obsolete & incorrect Business Listings will be removed from the directory, an email will then be issued to the contact that we have on record asking for immediate rectification. If the matter has not been resolved within 7 days the Business Listings will be permanently deleted. No refunds are issued.

Pricing/Price Freeze

The price of Business Listings are subject to increases, at The Companies discretion, all existing customers are guaranteed a price freeze. I.E. The price for a Business Listing remains unchanged year on year from the original purchase price. If a Business Listing expires, (is permitted to lapse for any reason) the price freeze is void and new Business Listings will be subject to the prevailing rates at that time.

Payment - Credit Card

Payments made using Credit Cards are subject to a cancellation fee (see Terminations & Cancellations). Payment is in Canadian Dollars, and in advance of The Advertisement being run on our site(s). An electronic receipt will be sent via email once payment has been made.

Terminations & Cancellations

A Cancellation can be made at any point Up To 30 Days after the order was placed, the refund will be made in a timely manner at the discretion of The Company less a cancellation fee of C$40.00, which is non refundable. Thereafter the Advertising Campaign cannot be terminated, the Advertising Campaign will be run on our site(s) as stated on the order form and is non-refundable.

Legal

The Company has the right to refuse any Business Listing, Advertising Campaign and/or Advertisement with or without reason at its own discretion and is not and cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of material contained in Advertisements on, or linked to this or any of our sites. The Advertiser agrees to fully indemnify The Company against any loss or damages caused directly or indirectly by The Advertisement. The Company reserves the right to alter or amend its terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice, and at its own discretion.

The booking of an Advertisement will be deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
