Definitions

The Company

Canada City Network, its employees, agents & representatives acting on its behalf.

The Buyer

The person who places the order of goods and services specified in the Agreement, their agents and representatives.

The Agreement

The Company will furnish the Buyer with a written Agreement, detailing the conditions of each Domain Package prior to the sale. The buyer has 7 days from the issue date to complete the sale, by meeting the requirements set forth in the Agreement.

Domain Package

A Domain Package includes, the sale and transfer of a specified domain and any advertising and promotion of that domain as specified in the Agreement.

Domain Services

Sometimes the Company will offer related domain services, which may include the registration, sale and/or transfer of domains, usually as an affilliate of a third party, the Buyer should check all documentation sent to them from the Company and where applicable any related terms and conditions applied by the third party.

Purchasing domains protected by trademark rights

It is the Buyer's responsibility to research whether or not their desired domain is subject to trademark or intellectual property protections.

Advertising & Promotion

Any and all Advertising and Promotion included in the Domain Package will be detailed in the Agreement and is subject to the relevant Canada City Network terms and conditions for those services. Click Here
